Montages has applied Model Driven Solutioning to the strategy and planning review, as well as business modeling of the startup Jaree. Solutioning is the process which a specific company uses to transform its problems and opportunities into solutions. The outcome of this project has been published in the Softwaremag.
After having the chance to work an extended period of time closely with the CEO of Jaree, Christoph Meili, Montages was able to capture the strategic and tactical architecture of Jarees forthcomming sofware and services platform.
This project has confirmed our experience, that the availability of prototypes to provide business relevant examples for modeled concepts is key in any kind of direct collaboration with the executives of a company.
Montages will further elaborate its capabilities and frameworks to cover this very important aspect of business modeling in a sustainable way.
